Finally, once all meal prep and cooking is done, you should always wipe down your kitchen counters to clear out food stains and leftover scraps. Remember to store back food that was not used in your containers for refrigerator storage. In fact, to make things easier on you, you could also prep your meals and store them in lunch boxes for meal prep. This is to prevent uninvited guests such as cockroaches and rats from making your kitchen their home. And, at the same time, you can also save yourself much more time.
